UX Consulatncy

Providing UX consultancy to public and private sector clients – focusing on ways to improve their products UX to increase conversion rates and user engagement.  This included:   • Hosting immersive UX workshop exploring user journeys and experience mapping with product stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and improvement. • Evaluating existing product with heuristic reviews, alongside gathering user feedback (both observational and through structured user testing) • In-depth report detailing UX gaps and opportunities for improvement, providing their in-house design team with a foundation to begin improving the UX site wide.
